Thursday, Jan. 14th – Luna Star Cafe, North Miami, FL – 8 pm – 10:30 pm – $7
I’m presenting “Three Jewish Girls” – Mara Levine and South Florida’s own Ellen Bukstel will be joining me at this No. Miami music spot with light food, wine + craft beers, soft drinks, and an easy accessible entrance on. $10 minimum at the tables. Sat – Sun. Jan 16-17, 2016 – South Florida Folk Festival, Fort Lauderdale, FL – various times
I was one of three winners of their Singer-Songwriter competition last year and will be returning as a regular festival performer this year. My performance slot is Saturday from 2:15 pm – 2:45 pm. The festival is held at Hugh Taylor Birch State Park, just a short walk from the ocean. TIckets are $35 in advance for either Sat. or Sunday; $40 at the gate. Check out for more info.

Monday Jan, 18, 2016 – House concert, Delray Beach, FL – 7 – 10 pm
I finish off Martin Luther King Day weekend with a house concert co-bill with friend Mara Levine. $10 contribution. Location is a private residence. The concert is nearly sold out but reservations are still being taken. Friday Jan. 22, 2016 – Zen Mystery – Dania Beach, FL – $5 – 7-11 pm
I’ll be the featured performer at this open mic run by Carrie Kaplan. $5 cover charged after 8 pm. I’ll go on at 9 for an hour with special guests. Zen Mystery is a cool place – a tea room, smoothie and juice bar with organic, vegan, healthy drinks and snacks (and yoga!) . Address: 56 N. Wednesday Feb. 9, 2016 – Lighthouse Waterfront Cafe, Glen Cove, NY – 7:30 – 9:30 pm
II’m doing a set or originals and my friends, LI trio Gathering Time will be also doing a set at this new cabaret-cafe series in the dining room of The Lighthouse Waterfront Cafe in Glen Cove. No cover! $15 food/drink minimum. This new cabaret-cafe has a very nice stage in the dining room and is featuring music regularly. It’s located at Did I mention no cover?? No excuses not to come! (snow will be done and gone by then!)

Sat. Feb. 13, 2016 – Memorial tribute to Lee Shapiro – Norwood, MA
I’ll be singing as part of a memorial tribute to Lee Shapiro, founder of Sharon House Concerts in Sharon, MA, and a friend of mine.

Sunday Feb. 14, 2016 – Franklin House Concerts – Walpole, MA – 1 – 4 pm.
potluck 1 pm, the concert starts 2 pm. $20 contribution asked.
I had a wonderful show here a few years ago performing my “Songs of the Season” show. This year we will be doing a fractured “All You Need Is Love” theme. Warm welcoming folks, it’s a great afternoon (and no football to compete with!). My special guest is NJ songbird Mara Levine, who interprets great acoustic music and songsiwters from Tom Paxton to Si Kahn. I’ll back her up on guitar and banjo.

Sunday March 20, 2016 – Borderline Folk Club – Nanuet, NY – 1 – 4 pm.
I’m on a split bill with Boston songwriter Terry Kitchen (he who hosts the midnight campfire circle at Falcon Ridge Folk Festival), and his special guest Mara Levine. This event will be held at the Nanuet Public Library, 149 Church Street, Nanuet, NY from 1 – 4 pm. $20 admission, refreshments served. For reservations please contact Kathleen Sturgiss .

May 7, 2016 – People’s Voice Cafe – New York, NY – “Women in Story and Song”
On a double bill with Thelma Thomas, storyteller. Admission $18 – more if you choose, less if you can’t afford $18 – no one is turned away.
